    Description

This vintage World War One cartoon  shows the inside of First Lieut. Matthew Carney's tent. Apparently the Lieutenant liked to sneak his girlfriend inside his tent and this is a cartoon made by one of his buddies.
The hand drawn cartoon also features cutouts and two small photographs. One of the photographs shows the Lieutenant at the door of his tent.
Apparently Lieut. Carney was stationed at Camp Wadsworth, Spartanburg, S.C. in November of 1917. Lieut. Carney belonged to the Ambulance Co. No. 107 102nd Sanitary Train.
The cartoon is framed under glass in an 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch wooden frame.
    Very good Condition! NO RESERVE!
