    Description

    This is a form to be submitted to the "Oregon Board for Mobilization of Women" during World War One WWI.  It was filled out by Nellie H. Ball of Portland, Oregon but there is no indication that it was actually submitted.  It would have been mailed to the State Unemployment Compensation Commission.  It is 10" by 8" in excellent condition.
